This is the OD pedal I've looking for. I wanted something to simulate my Mesa Boogie Mk IV. It weighs too much to drag to practice. This pedal gives me that thick, rich, Santana sound. It's amazing how close it comes to the real thing. I use it with a Tech 21 TM 60.
Very easy to build but the case is a little tight.
It's not a distortion pedal. Not that much drive. With a little grit from the amp, this baby and a neck humbucker, your tone will sing. Sounds nothing like a Tube Screamer. Not for metal.
I don't know how close it is to the real thing (Zendrive) or a Dumble, but I like. I like it a lot.
